Mamy Diop is a senior at Groves High School and is a staff writer for the Scripter. Although Diop is just starting her journalism career, she hopes to write personal narratives as well as reviews. Diop is very involved in the Groves community. This school year, she is a part of Model United Nations, Chapters and Chips, the Groves Muslim Student Associations, and the Groves Flag Football team. Outside of school, Diop enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling. After graduating, Diop plans to attend the American University of Paris, majoring in International and Comparative Politics and Minoring in International Law. Diop hopes to become an international lawyer, specializing in Business and criminal law.
