Fall Treats At Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s is your one stop shop for your fall favorites, I know my basket is filled with fall treats and flowers to match.

Every season has its unique pallet of flavors, but I am here to argue that Fall is the season with the best-tasting treats. From pumpkin spice to apple cinnamon, some of the most iconic flavor combos are associated with the wonderful season. And, there happens to be a one stop shop for all of your fall treat necessities: Trader Joes. Trader joes goes all out for fall and they have treats that are fit for everyone’s taste buds.

Who doesn’t love a good cookie with milk on a rainy, muggy fall afternoon?

The pumpkin spice snickerdoodle cookie mix from Trader Joes is the perfect twist on the classic snickerdoodle. The cookies only take about 7 minutes to prepare and 10-15 minutes to bake, depending on your preferences.

If your hunger is leading you to the freezer instead of the oven I have just the fall treat for you. Trader Joe’s salted maple ice cream is the perfect combination of maple syrup and caramel, with some sea salt to balance the two out. This ice cream flavor has become a fast favorite, but it’ll be leaving just as quick as it came, as it is a limited edition flavor you can only buy in pinto form. So, hurry to your local Trader Joe’s before this flavor is gone forever!

Treats I have introduced so far are going to be the stars of your nighttime sweet cravings, but I have something for your mornings too. Bagels are good year round, a staple in an easy breakfast, but with Trader Joe’s fall twist of pumpkin spice cream cheese, your mornings can be just as sweet as your evenings. The cream cheese is very versatile, so if you’re not craving a bagel in the morning, it could fit with most other breads or breakfast foods you like.

One treat that could go for any time of the day are Trader Joe’s pumpkin cheesecake croissants. They are a pastry with croissant surrounding the soft pumpkin cheesecake core, that will definitely leave you wanting more. As expressed on Trader Joe’s website, the cheesecake and pumpkin mix are one of their customers most beloved combinations.

Whatever mood you are in, or whatever time of day it is, Trader Joe’s has you covered for all of your favorite fall flavored snacks.

Sylvie Ball is a senior at Groves, this is her 3rd year in the journalism program and 2nd year as an editor of the school paper. She is also the co-president of the pen - pal club as well as the social media manager of the Asian association. Outside of School Sylvie likes reading and hanging out with friends. In the future She plans to go to MSU to further her career in journalism.
