Now that fall has officially arrived, Groves students are roaming the hallways in their best fall fashion styles. “Trendy” and “comfortable” are two of the most common words used to describe these new fall styles. Below are just a few outfit trends I love!
1. UGGs
UGG Minis have been seen on everyone. UGGs have been a hit brand, for many years but the newly released styles have made them a fall favorite. The shoe is becoming so increasingly popular that it sold out on shelves at most local malls. The Tasman style is a favorite that is unfortunately sold out, but don’t worry, it’s coming back in stock soon! We know the UGGs are pricey, so for more affordable look-alikes you can look on Amazon. 2. Aviator Nation Sweatpants
Sweatpants are a closet staple of the season. Sweatpants provide warmth during the breezy fall days. Jewelry is a great way to add some details and dress up the sweatpants. Senior Alexis Auten is posed in grey Aviator Nation sweatpants and a gray crewneck. I call this a perfect comfortable yet flattering fit!
3. Blue Jeans
Jeans are a closet staple, they can be dressed for spring temperatures with a t-shirt, or cool fall temperatures, with a sweater. A good pair of jeans has the potential to be dressed up or down. Blue jeans can be sold at many places but specifically Levi’s is a company that has been worn around Groves!
4. Nike Dunks
We love this look on sophomore Ethan Jorrey. Ethan rocks a matching outfit. He coordinated his tan sweatshirt to his tan dunks. We have named Dunks the shoe of the season. This Nike style is one of Groves’ most popular shoes amongst students. We attribute this to their trendy Nike logo and endless color and style options.
5. Carhartt
Carhartt is a very popular brand, worn here by junior, Nico Slosar. Carhartt has one of the most comfortable insides and serves a fashionable look on the outside.
